Usage

Essential oil blends are very potent and the safest way to use them is to follow the principle of "less is more"
Add up to 7 drops of essential oil blend to the bath water.
Add 1 to 5 drops of essential oil blend to your sauna water, depending on the size of your sauna.
Add up to 8 drops of essential oil blend in the water of the aromatic lamp.
For a massage, add 1-6 drops of essential oil blend to 2 tablespoons of base oil.
